“I have to say, initially, I wasn't sure if I needed a wedding coordinator, or what they actually did. Now, I don't know what I would have done without Charity. From the very beginning of the process, Charity carefully listened to all of my requests and needs and completely helped quell any anxiety or worries I had about the whole event.
During the months I was planning the wedding, Charity was always right there for me and quick to respond to my inquiries and requests and adapted easily to date changes that came up. She is very knowledgeable and organized and we worked together to achieve the EXACT elements I wanted to incorporate into my wedding day. The wedding was perfectly gorgeous and everyone had an excellent time, especially me.
Basically, on the day of the wedding, my mom and I didn't have to worry about ONE THING... even little glitches that came up were seamlessly smoothed over. For example, a couple of people showed up that weren't invited (friends of a
friend), and Charity handled it beautifully without any awkwardness. Also, I had a major issue with the zipper on my gown, and she took care of it for me right away by re-hooking it in a way and I didn't have to think about it again all day. She works behind the scenes so you don't even know she's there, yet she makes herself totally available when you need her. She is very professional, but also candid and super fun to work with. Charity helped make the entire wedding process exciting, fun, and not at all stressful.”

“Charity was the perfect event coordinator for my wedding on Peaks Island. Peaks was a destination for my husband and I since we live in England (although I was born and raised in Maine). Charity was so helpful in understanding the aspects of our wedding that we felt strongly about, and those aspects about which we really didn't know where to start. She managed both aspects equally well, helping us keep the event in line with our budget and personality as well as giving us useful advice and sharing her experiences.
We used some environmentally friendly ideas to avoid some of the traditions that we felt were frivolous and wasteful, and the guests really enjoyed them.
Charity is highly professional and very creative, and helped to keep me smiling during the stress of wedding planning. The whole run up to the big day was a major production but Charity ensured it was well-coordinated in advance so that my husband and I could truly enjoy ourselves.
